Cooking Class

We hosted a cooking class for the children aged 3 to 4,  to teach them about healthy eating. The children made their own vegetable kebabs, and they then ate them for their afternoon snack. We had a range of vegetables including cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and avocados. We also had lots of hummus for the children to use as a dipping sauce. Children that are usually fussy eaters were happy to eat their greens as they enjoyed the process of creating their own healthy food.
